Open for all ages! Ride...walk....run...
Each child under 12 must be accompanied by a supervising adult over the age of 18.
Our new format will allow participants to ride...walk...run... ANYTIME between August 15th and October 15th.
The Lucky 13 usual route is 13 miles, approximately 6.5 miles along York Road, from York to Vigilante Campground, around the campground loop, and back to York. About half of the route is paved.
Or you can ride...walk...run anywhere.
Bike rides must be in 13 mile increments. However, the runs/walks may be split for a combined 13 miles.
Please carry with you any necessities, i.e., bug repellent, sun block, water, and emergency tools.
bike riders - Helmets are mandatory.
Please understand these rides...walks...runs... are UNSUPPORTED!
$15 Registration fee for Lucky 13 - individual includes a commemorative neck gaiter and additional swag being determined!
$30 Registration fee for Lucky 13 - family 2+ includes 2 commemorative neck gaiters and additional swag being determined!
How do I register?
You can register on our REGISTER page here. Registration is open from now - October 15th.
How do I track my miles?
All activities must be recorded and verified using your choice of GPS tracking app or software (Strava, Garmin Connect, Suunto, etc). Riders must submit their times via the Results Tab by 11:59 pm on October 15, 2020 to be considered eligible for awards (details to follow)
Do I have to log all my rides...walks...runs... at once or can I log as I go?
You will need to log rides...walks...runs... individually. You can choose to do this at the end of the week, or daily, however each entry will be a separate submission.
When is the last day to log rides...walks...runs?
The last day to log rides...walks...runs...is October 15th at 11:59 pm MST. Get them in!
When and how will I receive my SWAG/prizes?
Registered riders...walkers...runners will receive their event packets via mail or local pick up date TBD - sometime after October 15th.
Where do the proceeds from this event go?
All event proceeds go toward supporting York Volunteer Fire Department. See Home page for a special note from York Fire Chief Kieth Ouzts!
